The episode is done. The upload is where it dies.
01
It sits in a folder
You recorded it, edited it, and then it waited a week because uploading felt like one more job.
02
It goes up half-done
No chapters. A title nobody searches for. A one-line description. Google and ChatGPT have nothing to work with.
03
It only lives in one place
It's on YouTube but not Apple Video Podcasts, or the other way around. Half your audience never sees it.
Three steps. You only do the first one.
No tech headaches.
You send the file
Drop your finished video in a shared folder, plus the guest's name and anything you want mentioned. A rough outline helps. A transcript is a bonus.
I optimize and publish
Search-ready title, description, chapters and tags, then I publish to YouTube and Apple Video Podcasts on the day you pick.
You get the links

Questions
Why is there a setup fee?
Setup is where the real work happens: connecting video through your host, YouTube access, templates and defaults. Once that's done, every episode is quick, so your monthly price stays low.
Isn't my show already on Apple Podcasts?
Your audio probably is. Video on Apple is a separate feed with its own setup, and most hosts don't turn it on by default. That's part of what setup covers, so your episodes show up as video in the Apple Podcasts app, not just audio.
Do you edit the video?
No. This is for finished episodes. You bring the final cut, I make sure it gets found.
Do I need a YouTube channel and podcast host already?
Yes. You keep full ownership of both. I'll walk you through giving me access on our first call.
How does the per-episode pricing work?
It's $25 an episode, billed as a pack of 4 for $100. A pack covers your next 4 episodes whenever you publish them, so a weekly show uses one a month and a twice-a-month show uses one every two months. No episodes wasted, nothing to track.
Do unused episodes expire?
No. A pack is 4 episodes, used at your pace. If you take a month off, your pack waits for you.
Will you add more platforms?
YouTube and Apple Video Podcasts come first because that's where listeners search. Ask me on your call about anything else.
Your next episode deserves an audience.
